Nelson and Justina, owners and operators of Gather & Cheers Tap Truck, traveled to the Prosecco Region of Italy in 2019 to better understand how their favorite wine was made. After touring vineyards, tasting wine, and learning about the process, they knew that they had to bring this back to friends and family. In 2023 they built out a Piaggio Ape truck with 4 taps to pour prosecco, wine, beer, cocktails and non alcoholic beverages. Their hope is that they can bring a little Italian flare and old country to every special occasion.
